Our Tax Return Process

1.    Sign engagenment letter

By signing the engagement letter, you become our client and give us permission to prepare your tax returns and agree to the scope of our services. You also agree to take responsibility for the information you provide.

2.    Complete Tax Organizer(s)

We'll be sending out organizers in TaxDome in January. You don't have to fill out the organizer in great detail, but it's a good idea to use it as a guide for the documents we'll need from you.

3.    Upload Documents

Please upload documents to TaxDome. Please send electronic documents as PDFs, not photos from a smartphone unless converted to PDF.

4.    Submit Payment

You can through a secure online link. Please note that payment needs to be completed before we can file your return.

5.    Review Tax Return & Sign 8879's

We will use the information you provide to prepare your federal and state income tax returns, however, it is important for you to carefully review and sign the returns before filing, as you are ultimately responsible.
